By placing an order with Southside Sports Store, you agree to the following terms:

  • Product Information: We do our best to describe sizes, colours and styles accurately. Small variations in sublimation printing and manufacturing are normal and do not affect wear.

  • Availability: Some items are made to order or sourced from multiple suppliers. Production and delivery times may vary.

  • Custom Orders: Personalised/custom name & number items cannot be cancelled or returned once in production unless faulty or incorrect.

  • Sizing: Most jerseys are an athletic form-fit cut. For a relaxed fit, we recommend going up one or two sizes.

  • Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed in AUD unless stated. Payment is required at checkout.

  • Shipping: We ship via Australia Post and trusted international partners. Delivery estimates are approximate.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times, but will assist with tracking inquiries.

  • Returns & Refunds: Returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Bulk Orders: Clubs, groups and custom bulk orders may have specific terms and conditions — contact us if unsure.
