We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Change of Mind / Sizing: Returns accepted on non-custom items in new condition with tags/packaging. Buyer pays return postage.
Custom Items: No returns on personalised/custom name & number unless faulty or incorrect.
Faulty / Incorrect Items: If something is damaged, defective or not as ordered, please contact us promptly for a fair resolution.
Shipping Delays: We will assist with tracking inquiries and, where appropriate, offer compensation.
Bulk Orders: May have different conditions — contact us first if unsure.
